I don't think I would use peperoni but the idea here is solid, I LOVE Zucchini! I was thinking maybe feta cheese and Sita just suggested red onion and a mushroom, YUM!
I cook from the soul, which means I don't strictly follow recipes. Even the first time I make a dish the recipe is nothing more than a guideline. I cook by taste, smell 'n look and you can too!
I intend to post my personal recipes as well as fun meal ideas and tweaks on old favorites! When you think "I want to make something different for dinner tonight", you can come here for inspiration.
