Lasagna from scratch (ricotta + mozzarella + sweet Italian sausage + homemade marinara) with one layer of spinach & cheese ravioli accompanied by garlic and herb oven roasted chicken, the bread was Focaccia Asiago cheese.
I cook from the soul, which means I don't strictly follow recipes. Even the first time I make a dish the recipe is nothing more than a guideline. I cook by taste, smell 'n look and you can too!
